I have sleep apnea. These help me wake up early in the morning for work. Mind you that I am not buzzing, but i can feel less of the sleepies and clear headed.
I'm for sure noticing a difference with the clarity and "healthy" feeling, but i'm not getting necesarily a morning jolt so to speak. I guess there's no caffeine, but going to take it continuously to see if there's a stacking effect. overall better than I was before.
